Jennifer Caputo-Pietrobone
Owner/Director/Instructor    Jenn

Jennie has been leading dance and teaching choreography for the past 10 years.  She is a graduate of West Chester University with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Dance.  While at WCU, Jennie served as a captain and choreographer for her Division II Dance Team.  After graduating, she went on to perform as an MLS Philadelphia Kixx Dancer and then moved on to dance for the NBA’s Philadelphia 76er’s Dance Team, where she trained with Philadelphia’s top dancers, instructors, and choreographers.  Jennie also created and currently directs the Wilson High School Dance Team, the R-Phils Dance Team and the Reading Phillies Jr and Mini Pro Diamond Divas Dance Teams.  She is passionate about her new opportunity to provide quality dance instruction and valuable performance experience to all aspiring dancers!

Lauren comes to us with a well rounded 15+ years of experience in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, character, hip hop, pantomime, musical theater, & voice performance.  She has trained and performed with Major Performing Arts, David Blight, Bravo!, Broadway Dance Center, Trinette Singleton of Joffery Ballet, NAPE Broadway Theater and Dance Company, KU Dance Team, and currently with the R-Phils Dance Team .  Lauren holds an abundant number of first place awards for solos and duos in ballet, modern, lyrical and pointe.  She still presently holds the High Score Award for Solo Lyrical at Stars on the Rise Regional Competition.  Lauren made her Broadway debut in 2000 appearing in Broadway’s Nutcracker and again in 2001 for Broadway’s Cinderella.  She was selected as a Dancer in Magic Kingdom from 2006 -2008 until securing a spot on the R-Phils Pro Dance Team where she currently leads the team as Captain.   Lauren is specializing in technique, ballet, pointe, lyrical and contemporary.

Jennelle began competitive cheerleading at age 11.  She continued on to cheer for the competition team at Pottsville Area High School and became a 3 year UCA All-Star.  Her gymnastics training began at Marybeth’s Cheerleading and Gymnastics Studio, where she eventually became a head instructor. She is a former Pennsylvania Coal Cracker Cheerleader and R-Phils Dance Team Member.  For the past 4 years, Jennelle has been a member of the coaching staff for the Pottsville Area High School cheerleading and competition teams, and is certified by AACCA and the NFHS. She began choreographing competitive CHEER competition routines in 2006 and is in her 3rd year at Academy of Movement Specializing in Cheer, Cheer-dance, and tumbling.

Alexandra Plank

Alexandra has been dancing since the age of 3.  She was trained locally by the late Maria Fessler-Frick in addition to numerous choreographers across the tri-state area.  She competed for 15 years at the Performing Arts Alliance Competition in King of Prussia and also performed 3 times for the Magic Music Days Festival at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.  Post High School Alli attended West Chester University pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Dance.  She is a former member of the WCU Dance Co., Dance Team as well as the GSFL Spirit Squad.  She was selected as a staff member for the Sixers Dance Camp in the Pocono Mountains during the summer of 2008.She is a 2nd year member and current captain of the Reading Phillies Dance Team.  Alli is extremely excited to be a part of the AOM staff for the third consecutive year and looks forward to many more.  Alli is specializing in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet.
