Academy of Movement All-Stars
All AOM students are encouraged to be an “All-Star”. As an All-Star, the students will be able to perform the dances learned during the semester at the culminating performance and various community events. The $40 fee covers their costume and any additional rehearsals, instruction and performances.
If your dancer plans on participating in any performances throughout the year you must order an “all star uniform”. All orders need to placed and paid for no later then Friday Sept 26. If your dancer takes multiple classes please verify her costume description and if there is an extra charge for additional pieces. All Star tanks and pants are the same as last year so if it still fits there is no need to reorder. There will be sign up sheets posted for all performance opportunities and they will also be announced via the website.
All-Star Performances is AOM’s way of giving back to the community while providing students the experience and joy of performing for others.
ATTENTION: All ALL STARS performing Sat May 9th at The
Reading Phillies
Game Time is 6:05pm.
We will be performing as part of the pregame approximately 5:40 pm.
ALL STARS should arrive is full costume:
Jazz/Hip Hop-black tanks and pants w black shoes
Cheerdance- blank tanks and shorts with white sneakers
Disney Dance I and II-black leo-dresses, pink tights and white sneakers
Pending weather, warm-ups and other apparel may be worn over top of costume until the performance.
Arrival time will be at 5:05pm. You will need to enter through the happy hour gates and bring your ALL STAR to the Phun House (white autograph booth) to be checked in. The girls will remain with us until after their performance and the R-Phils Dance Team pregame performance. They should then be picked up back at the Phun House approximately 6:05. We will be dancing directly behind home plate centered to the press box.
Tickets: Everybody will need a ticket to enter the stadium. If the performers are staying for the game they too need a ticket. You may purchase a discounted ticket book of 6 general admission tickets from your instructor for $27 dollars. These discounted ticket books must be purchased by Sat May 2nd. The order will be submitted on May 4th and you will have your tickets mailed to you by Thursday May 7th. The tickets may be used for any game and can be upgraded at the door.
